Christmas Ornament Promotion 2025 Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Christmas Ornament Promotion 2025 ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.

  1. This Promotion is organised by Pan Jewelry Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland at 87 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 KP49, Ireland under company number 618484 ("Pandora", "us", "our").

  1. By participating in this Promotion via our website (https://ie.pandora.net/) ("Pandora Website"), you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on the Pandora Website. By participating in this Promotion through Participating Stores (as defined below), you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.

  1. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Pandora shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

  1. Your attention is drawn in particular to the limitations of liability contained in these Terms.

Further details of the Promotion

  1. Subject to Term ‎23, this Promotion runs from 15 December 2025 to the End Date (see term ‎7 below) ([LD1] inclusive) ("Promotional Period"). This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through the Pandora Website, participating Pandora concept stores and other participating authorised Pandora stockists in the Republic of Ireland only, excluding all airport stores ("Participating Stores"). This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery in England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or elsewhere outside Republic of Ireland.

  1. Subject to Term ‎23, the "End Date" shall be the final date when the Promotion is running. The End Date is under review by Pandora and will be announced when it has been confirmed.

  1. Please check whether a store is participating in this Promotion, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store to make a purchase. Please note that some Pandora stores and authorised stockists may not be open during the Promotional Period.

  1. This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 18 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants").

  1. Eligible Participants who spend at least €79 (inc. VAT, excluding shipping) on Pandora products at a Participating Store or on the Pandora Website during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase") will be entitled to a complimentary Pandora Santa Heart Christmas Ornament 2025 (product number: PUKP7000) worth €20 [LD2] RRP ("Complimentary Product").

  1. The Qualifying Purchase may consist of one or more Pandora jewellery products. All items forming part of the Qualifying Purchase must be purchased at the same time, in the same transaction (with one single delivery selected where delivery is required). 

  1. A limit of one Complimentary Product per transaction applies to this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Participant makes multiple Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction, they would not be entitled to any more than one Complimentary Product.

  1. Pandora reserves the right to change the specification of the Complimentary Product from that advertised.

  1. There is no cash alternative to the Complimentary Product. The Complimentary Product is not exchangeable for cash or (subject to Term ‎21) for any other Pandora product. Pandora reserves the right to substitute the Complimentary Product for another Pandora product (or products) of an approximately equal or greater RRP value to the advertised Complimentary Product.

  1. If you believe you made a Qualifying Purchase, but you did not receive a Complimentary Product, please contact Pandora using the details in these Terms.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. The Complimentary Product may be exchanged on its own for another size (if applicable) but otherwise may not be exchanged or returned on its own unless it is faulty or not as described, in which case it will be exchanged for a replacement Pandora product of the same type, subject to availability. If none of the same type of Pandora product remains in stock, then Pandora reserves the right in its sole discretion to exchange the Complimentary Product for another type of Pandora product or a Pandora gift card or eGift card of a similar value.

  1. If any product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund or exchanged, so that the total amount spent on products included in the Promotion falls below the required spend described in Term ‎10, then the purchase will cease to be a Qualifying Purchase and the Complimentary Product must be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition.

  1. If the Complimentary Product is not returned (in breach of these Terms), or if the Complimentary Product has been damaged, Pandora reserves the right to deduct from any refund due to you (or charge the payment method you used for the original purchase) a sum equal to the then current price at which the Complimentary Product is available for purchase. If you are returning (via the Pandora Website) a product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase that you bought through the Pandora Website, you may choose not to return the Complimentary Product in which case we shall deduct its price or charge you for its price as stated in this Term, and the amount of the deduction or charge will be notified to you in advance.

  1. There will be no refund of the difference if a paid Pandora product is exchanged for a Pandora product that is cheaper than the Complimentary Product.

  1. Returns of the Complimentary Product on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.

  1. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.

  1. Additional terms may apply for refunds and exchanges in accordance with the other terms and conditions mentioned at Term ‎3.

Other important terms

  1. This Promotion is subject to stock availability. Whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Pandora may suspend or end the Promotion early on the Pandora Website or in any one or more Participating Store without notice if, in the opinion of Pandora, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion. Please check that the Complimentary Product are in stock at your chosen Participating Store before taking part in this Promotion.

  1. If there are unclaimed Complimentary Products when this Promotion closes, those Complimentary Products will remain the property of Pandora and the company may dispose of them as it sees fit, this may include offering the Complimentary Products for sale in the normal way.

  1. Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control. 

  1. Pandora and a Participating Store reserve the right to not award a Complimentary Product, disqualify a participant or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.

  1. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

  1. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by Irish Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. This Promotion and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from the Republic of Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from territories other than the Republic of Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

 

Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under Irish law.

  1. Subject to Term ‎29, we will not be legally responsible to participants of this Promotion for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of your participation in this Promotion or which are caused by a third party. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights including in relation to any products received as gifts.

  1. Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
