1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Black Friday 2022 promotion ("Promotion")By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.
2. This Promotion is organised by Pan Jewelry Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland at 87 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 KP49, Ireland under company number 618484 ("Pandora", “us”, “our”).
3. By participating in this Promotion via our website at https://ie.Pandora.net/ ("Pandora Website"), you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on the Pandora Website. By participating in this Promotion through Participating Stores, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.
Further details of the Promotion
4. This Promotion runs from 24th November 2022 to 28th November 2022 (inclusive) for the general public and from 21st November 2022 to 28th November 2022 for Pandora Club members. This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through:
• The Pandora website; and
• participating Pandora concept stores and authorised Pandora stockists in the Republic of Ireland only, excluding all outlet stores ("Participating Stores").
5. This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery elsewhere outside of the Republic of Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other territories/locations, if you view these Terms from other territories then you are responsible for compliance with local laws and access to this Promotion from territories where its contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
6. Please check whether a store is participating in this Promotion, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store and making a purchase. Please note that some Pandora stores and authorised stockists may not be open during the Promotional Period.
7. This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 16 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants")..
8. Eligible Participants who purchase a full priced Pandora products(s) (excluding exclusions in Term 10) shall be entitled to a 20% discount on that product(s) and an additional 10% off (therefore totalling 30%) selected lines. For the avoidance of doubt, only those qualifying product(s) will be discounted and the discount shall not apply to any other items which do not qualify even if they are purchased at the same time as qualifying products.
9. The Promotion is not valid on the Keith Haring, Marvel x Pandora and Brilliance/Diamonds by Pandora collections, sale or discounted products, outlet products, 14k gold Items, solid gold items, discounted gift sets, gift cards, cleaning kits, polishing cloths, clasp opener, repair services or gift packaging. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in-store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated.
Other important terms
10. Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any event outside Pandora's reasonable control. Pandora and Participating Stores reserve the right to not apply the Promotion or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms. The decision of Pandora regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent.
13. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.
14. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by English Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Liability 15. Subject to Term 18, Pandora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product. 16. Subject to Term 18, by participating or attempting to participate in this Promotion, participants agree that Pandora shall not bear any liability for: 17. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under English law. 18.
