1. Where do you deliver to?

ie.pandora.net currently delivers to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only. 


2. How will my order be packaged?

  • Standard Packaging (Free) 

This is the default delivery option. Items are packed in individual boxes without gift wrapping, a gift bag, or a gift note. 

  • Premium Gift Packaging (€5 each) 

Add a special touch with our exclusive Premium Gift Packaging. Each gift is presented in a signature Pandora box and placed inside a Premium Gift Box. This option also includes a gift bag and a gift note, all for €5. Please note following items/orders are not compatible with our premium gift packaging due to size or fulfillment restrictions: 

  • Jewellery boxes
  • 364705C00 (Tubular Choker Necklace)
  • eGift Cards
  • Click & Collect 

3. Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may occasionally be cancelled due to issues such as stock availability, payment problems, or an invalid delivery address. If all or part of your order is cancelled, any pending payment authorisation will be released and no charge will be taken. 


4. How do I know I am ordering authentic Pandora jewellery?

ie.pandora.net is the official Pandora website for the Republic of Ireland. Due to popularity of our brand, counterfeit products do exist. Shopping directly on ie.pandora.net ensures you are purchasing authentic Pandora jewellery. 


5. How do I create a Pandora account?

To create an account, click here. With a Pandora account, you can view your order history, manage your wish list, update your newsletter preferences, receive exclusive offers, and preview new arrivals. You can update your account details at any time by visiting My Account. 


6. How do I unsubscribe from Pandora newsletter emails?

You can manage your newsletter preferences in My Account under My Details. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, simply click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Pandora newsletter.


7. I am having technical issues, what should I do?

We recommend using the latest version of your operating system (e.g. Windows and OSX) and browser (e.g. Safari 10, Firefox 50, Internet Explorer 11, Chrome 54). If the issues persist, please contact us with details of the problem, including screenshots and the browser and version you are using.


8. How do I change my account details?

Visit My Account to update your personal information, address details, and to view your orders. 


9. Welcome/Birthday Discount, how long is the discount valid for?

The discount is valid for 30 days and can be used on eligible products as outlined in the terms and conditions included in the email.


10. Can the Welcome/Birthday discount be used with other offers?

No. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with jewellery care kits, gift cards, sale items, or any other promotions or discounts. 


11. Do you offer Gift Packaging?

Yes. Premium Gift Packaging can be added to your shopping bag for €5. It includes a premium gift box, gift bag, tissue paper, and a gift note. The Premium Gift Box can hold up to two bracelet boxes or one bracelet box plus up to four mini boxes (for charms, earrings, or rings). Standard packaging includes one box per item, with no premium outer box.

12. How does Klarna work? 

We’ve partnered with Klarna to give you a better shopping experience. Klarna helps you elevate your shopping game. When you choose Klarna at the checkout you’ll get the option to Pay in 3 instalments. Click here for more information. 


13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa (credit/debit card), Pandora gift card and e-gift card, Klarna pay in 3 instalments (for more information click here), One4all gift cards (for more information click here). Please note Visa payments may require additional verification as requested by your card issuer.

15. How can I check the balance of my Pandora Gift Card?

You can check your gift card balance online here, or visit your nearest participating Pandora store where a team member will be happy to assist.

Click and collect is available in most Pandora stores. For full details, click here.


17. Is Pandora's engraving service available online?

Engraving is currently available in selected stores only. Please check your Store Locator to see if this service is offered at your nearest location. In-store engraving costs €15, regardless of whether one or two sides are engraved.


18. Why does my product or gemstone look different to the image pictured on the website?

While we aim to display products as accurately as possible, slight variations can occur. All Pandora jewellery is hand-finished and uses genuine gemstones, so differences in colour or detail are part of what makes each piece unique. 

 

19. 14ct Gold-plated jewellery

14ct Gold-plated is a line of affordable jewellery pieces with a beautiful golden hue. The jewellery is made from 14ct gold-plating with a core of our unique metal blend. 

 

21. What is the right of withdrawal and how can I exercise it? 

You can exercise your right of withdrawal directly via your order details on our website, regardless of whether you have an online account or not. 

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account, go to "Order Details" and select the order you wish to withdraw from. Click "Withdraw Purchase" and follow the on-screen instructions. 

If you have ordered as a guest, go to "Check Order Status" and select the relevant order. Click "Withdraw Purchase" and follow the on-screen instructions. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your withdrawal request has been submitted. 

Please note: withdrawing from a purchase does not stop your order from being dispatched, if your order has been shipped. Once you receive your order, please visit Returns FAQs to raise a return with us.
