1. How do I know I'm ordering authentic Pandora jewellery?

ie.pandora.net is our official Pandora jewelery website which sells genuine Pandora jewelery directly to our customers in the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, due to the quality and popularity of Pandora jewellery, we have become the subject of counterfeiters. By shopping from ie.pandora.net you can be confident you are purchasing genuine Pandora jewellery.


2. Where do you deliver to?

ie.pandora.net currently delivers to addresses only within the Republic of Ireland.


3. How do I create a Pandora account?

To create an account you can click here . By creating a Pandora account you can review your order history, access your wish list, update your newsletter preferences, receive special discounts and promotions and sneak peeks to new arrivals before anyone else.


4. I'm having technical issues, what do I do?

We recommend that you use the latest version of your operating system (eg Windows and OSX) and browser (eg Safari 10, Firefox 50, Internet Explorer 11, Chrome 54). If you continue to experience issues, please contact us with details about the problem, screenshots of the error message and the web browser and version you are using.

To change details in your account, go to My Account . This will redirect to where you can change your personal information, address details, and view your orders.


6. How do I unsubscribe from Pandora newsletter emails?

When you create a Pandora account under "MY DETAILS" you can update your email address and password and sign up to receive Pandora newsletters to hear about new product launches, promotions and sales. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter.


7. Why does my product or gemstone look different to the image pictured on the website?

The product photography displayed on our website matches the product as closely as possible. All of our jewelery is hand-finished with genuine gemstones; Therefore, details such as the exact shade of color of the stone can vary slightly. This is all a part of what makes your jewelry unique and special.


8. Do you offer Gift Packaging?

Add premium gift packaging in your shopping bag for €5. Included is a gift bag, tissue paper and a gift note. The Premium Gift Box can fit up to two bracelet boxes inside it or four mini boxes which contain either charms, earrings, or rings along with one bracelet box.Please note our standard packaging option is 1 standard box per item, no premium gift box included.


9. How does Klarna work?

We’ve partnered with Klarna to give you a better shopping experience. Klarna helps you elevate your shopping game. When you choose Klarna at the checkout you’ll get the option to Pay in 3 instalments.


10. Pay in 3 installments

is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly, so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app. When you get to the checkout page, under the payment section, select Klarna as your payment method. Enter your card information and pay for your order. You will be sent a 6-digit verification code sent to you via SMS. You can log in to your Klarna account online or on their app at any time to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the due date. Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna and the shopping value must be under £1500, there is no minimum spend. Please note that Klarna are an independent payment company and Pandora have no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not. If you have any trouble with your order, please contact Klarna Customer Service.


11. Am I eligible for Pay in 3 instalments?

You must be an Irish resident, over 18 years old and have a valid payment card to use Pay in 3. When we say ‘valid payment card’, we mean the card must be in your name, and must not have expired. You should also make sure the card you use has enough money available to cover all the instalments.


12. Can I have multiple Pay in 3 instalments orders at the same time?

Yes, you can. If you see Klarna Pay in 3 instalments when you go to an online checkout, then pay in 3 instalments is available to you. Every time you use Pay in 3, Klarna will check to see whether you can use Pay in 3 again for each additional purchase.


13. Can I have multiple Pay in 3 instalments orders at the same time?

Klarna offers Pay in 3 instalments based on a number of factors such as the purchase amount, and previous order history. You can improve your chances of being offered Pay in 3 instalments by ensuring you provide your full name, accurate address details and arrange shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have been accepted for Pay in 3 instalments before does not mean it will be offered for every order. In turn, if your application for Pay in 3 instalments is denied, it does not mean it will be denied for future orders.


14. What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna using Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or credit card. If Klarna need to talk to you urgently they'll use the phone number you've shared. For any other information Klarna need to share with you, they'll send this to your email address.


15. Will a credit search take place?

When you use Pay in 3 instalments, Klarna will perform a credit search. This means Klarna will look at certain information in your credit report to decide whether to approve your purchase.


16. How do I make repayments to Klarna?

Klarna will take your Pay in 3 instalments payments from the debit or credit card you shared when you made your purchase. Klarna will take the first payment when you make your purchase, the second payment after 30 days and the final payment 60 days from the day you made your purchase. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.


17. Can I pay before the due date?

Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto () Klarna.com/ie


18. Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Pandora. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.


19. How do I know Klarna has received my payment?

Klarna will notify you by email and push notification when a payment is due and when you have made or missed a payment. You can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at https://www.klarna.com/ie/.


20. What happens if I don’t pay for my order on time?

Pay in 3 instalments is a credit product and you are required to make your scheduled payments to Klarna. If Klarna is unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later. Should this next payment attempt fail, Klarna will make a final attempt to collect payment 7 days later. They may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent sue dates or invoice you separately for the unpaid total. Klarna may also share information about your missed payments with credit reference agencies. This means you may find it difficult or more expensive to use Klarna or other lenders' credit products in the future. Full details can be found in the Klarna terms and conditions here.


21. What happens if I don’t pay for my order?

If you don't make your payments you will be in arrears as Pay in 3 is a credit product. Klarna may then share information about your missed payments with credit reference agencies. This means you may find it difficult or more expensive to use Klarna or other lenders' credit products in the future. Klarna may also refer any debt collection agency. This agency will collect the debt on behalf of Klarna. Also, if the debt is referred to a debt collection agency Klarna will share this information with credit reference agencies


22. Having trouble paying with Klarna?

• Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount. • Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to. • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again. • If you haven't used Klarna before and you're shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.


23. I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my order.

In the event that you haven’t received your order received please call contact us here or call us on 01 264 7920, to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna's Customer Service so that they can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for your items to arrive.


24. What happens to my statement, if I return my order?

Once Pandora has confirmed with Klarna that your return (partial or full) has been accepted, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. You will see the return in the Klarna app immediately.


25.How do I return my order and how will I be refunded?

Simply follow our free online returns process here. As soon as Pandora has received your return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately. Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.


26.I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.

You can log in the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/ie, where you will find all of your orders and payment schedule information.


27.I still have questions regarding payment, how can I get in touch?

28.How long is the discount valid for?

The discount will be valid for 30 days after your birthday date and can be used on any full price jewellery.

No, this discount cannot be used with Game of Thrones collection, Disney 100, jewellery care kits, Gift packaging, gift cards, sale, any other discounts or promotion.
