Winter Sale Promotion 2024  

 

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Pandora Winter Sale Promotion 2024 ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.  

 

2. This Promotion is organised by Pan Jewelry Limited, registered in the Republic of Ireland at 87 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 KP49, Ireland, company no. 618484 ("Pandora", “us”, “our”). 

 

3. By participating in this Promotion via our website (https://ie.pandora.net/) ("Pandora Website"), you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on the Pandora Website. By participating in this Promotion through Participating Stores, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.  

 

4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Pandora shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. 

 

5. Your attention is drawn in particular to the limitations of liability contained in these Terms. 

 

Further details of the Promotion 

 

6. Subject to Term 24, this Promotion runs from 24 December 2024 to 26 January 2025 (inclusive) for purchases made on the Pandora Website, and from 26 December 2024 to 26 January 2025 (inclusive) for purchases made in a Participating Store ("Promotional Period").  This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through the Pandora Website, participating Pandora concept stores and other participating authorised Pandora stockists in the Republic or Ireland, excluding outlet stores and all airport stores ("Participating Stores"). This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery in the UK, Jersey, and Isle of Man or elsewhere outside of the Republic of Ireland. 

 

7. Please check whether a store is participating in this Promotion, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store to make a purchase. Please note that some Pandora stores and authorised stockists may not be open during the Promotional Period.  

 

8. This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 18 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants").  

 

9. Eligible Participants will be entitled to a discount of up to 50% on full price selected Pandora jewellery products purchased at a Participating Store or on the Pandora Website during the Promotional Period ("Sale Purchase(s)"). For a list of products available in this Promotion see here. 

 

10. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated.    

 

Returns and Exchanges 

 

11. If the Sale Purchase is returned for a refund, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. For example, if the products purchased total €50 (including VAT), and you received a discount of 15% off the RRP, the price actually paid would have been €42.50 (i.e. €50 less the 15% discount) and therefore the refund would be €42.50. 

 

12. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described. 

 

13. Additional terms may apply for refunds and exchanges in accordance with the other terms and conditions mentioned at Term 3. 

 

Other important terms 

 

14. This Promotion is subject to stock availability. Whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Pandora may suspend or end the Promotion early on the Pandora Website or in any one or more Participating Store without notice if, in the opinion of Pandora, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion.  

 

15. Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control.   

 

16. Pandora and a Participating Store reserve the disqualify a participant or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms. 

 

17. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.  

 

18. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by Irish Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland. This Promotion and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from the Republic of Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from territories other than the Republic or Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. 

  

Liability 

 

19. Subject to Term 21, Pandora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.  

 

20. By participating or attempting to participate in this Promotion, participants agree that Pandora shall not bear any liability for: 

1. the loss, theft, or misuse of any product; or 

2. any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion or the attempted participation in this Promotion, subject to Term 31.  

 

21. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under English law. 

 

22. Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
