1. How do I return my online order?

Purchases can be returned for full price items within 30 days and 14 days for sale items, please follow our free returns process below.

1. Fill out the return form included in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
2. To create your free returns label please click here
3. Drop off your return package to your nearest DPD drop off point. Please make sure you keep the proof of postage so we can verify your details. Your items must be returned to Pandora during the returns period set out above.
4. If for any reason you choose not to use our free returns process and opt to return your package to us using your own carrier, please retain your proof of purchase. However, we cannot refund the cost of this postage.
5. Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system. Any refund due to you may take up to 14 days but our aim is to process refunds within 7 days upon receiving your items at our warehouse.
6. All product must be returned in unworn, saleable condition and with a valid proof of purchase and in original packaging. To return purchased product(s) using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or (if part of a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy. Refunds are to the original payment method.

2. How do I return a store purchase?

If you would like to return for a full price refund for items purchased in store, the items must be returned to a Pandora branded store in the Republic of Ireland within 30 days. Sale items purchased in store can only be exchanged (not refunded) within 14 days from the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase must be presented.

All product must be returned in unworn, saleable condition and with a valid receipt. To return purchased product(s) using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or (if part of a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy. Refunds are to the original payment method. The cardholder must be present for returns processed in store.

Only exchanges within 14 days are offered within our outlets (except where goods are my fault and not sold to you as my fault).

3. How do I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer online exchanges. If you would like an exchange your item please visit your nearest store with your proof of purchase for example your order confirmation.

4. How to create a label?

To create your free returns label please click here You will need your order number and email address used to place the order. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation. Please note that the order number is case sensitive and should be input exactly as it appears on your order confirmation, with no space before the first letter or after the last number. We also advise that you have pop-ups enabled on your browser for the Pandora Returns Portal as having them blocked would prevent your label from downloading. 5. How long will it take to get credit for my return?

Please note that the return process may take up to 14 days but our aim is to process it within 7 days upon receiving it at our warehouse.
Returns in a Pandora store:

Returns will be processed to the original form of payment and will take 3-5 business days for the credit to be applied.


6. How to Return & Exchange Store Purchases.

 

Items purchased in store can be returned or exchanged in any Pandora branded store in the Republic of Ireland with a valid receipt. Please note they cannot be done in any outlet stores i.e. Kildare Village, or through the Pandora website Items purchased in an outlet store i.e. Kildare Village can be exchanged only. This can only be done at an outlet store within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt (except where goods are faulty and not sold to you as faulty). Please note any items purchased at an outlet store cannot be exchanged in a Pandora store or the Pandora website. Full price items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. To return product(s) purchased using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or if part of a multi-buy offers the other items purchased in the multi-buy. All products must be returned in unworn, saleable condition with a valid receipt. Refunds are to the original payment method and the cardholder must be present. Refunds by card can take up to 7 working days to return to your account.
