1. How do I know I'm ordering authentic Pandora jewellery?

Yes, ie.pandora.net is our official Pandora jewellery website which sells genuine Pandora jewellery directly to our customers in the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, due to the quality and popularity of Pandora jewellery, we have become the subject of counterfeiters. By shopping from ie.pandora.net you can be confident you are purchasing genuine Pandora jewellery.


2. I'm having trouble entering my address at the checkout?

Please ensure you only type in your house or flat number in the "Flat number/House name" field. If you are having trouble placing your order please contact our customer service on 01 247 8210, our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.


3. What payment methods do you accept

We currently support the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Klarna pay in 3
- One4all gift cards with a maximum spend of €50


4. How will my order be packaged?

We are eliminating all plastic from our carrier bags and reducing the plastic content in our new jewellery boxes by 75%. All paper in our bags and boxes is FSC certified, which means it comes from well-managed forests or has been recycled. Orders are delivered in a plain outer carton with all our jewellery packed in either blue or clear transparent bags inside our eco-friendly jewellery boxes.


5. What communication will I receive regarding my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed an order. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. If you need to track the delivery of your order please click here.


7. How do I cancel or amend my order?

Once you pay for your order, it may not be possible to change the order before it is dispatched. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible by calling us here. Whilst we will always attempt to cancel your order for you and prevent dispatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed.


8. Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or an error in the delivery address. If your order has been cancelled due to stock availability, you will be notified by email that one or more of your items are no longer available.
If you paid via credit/debit card your card will not have been charged.
We apologise for any inconvenience.


9. I didn't receive an order confirmation?

Within 24hrs of placing your order you would have received an order confirmation email. We recommend checking your spam/junk email folder. If you need us to resend your order confirmation please contact our customer care team here.

  

10. Can I use my Pandora Gift Card online?

No, currently Pandora Gift Cards can't be redeemed online on the Pandora website.
