Style a Necklace Promotion 2026 Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Style a Necklace 2026 promotion ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.

  1. This Promotion is organised by Pan Jewelry Ltd a company registered in the Republic of Ireland at 87 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 KP49, Ireland under company number 618484 ("Pandora", "us", "our").

  1. By participating in this Promotion via our website (https://ie.pandora.net/) ("Pandora Website"), you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on the Pandora Website. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.

  1. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Pandora shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

  1. Your attention is drawn in particular to the limitations of liability contained in these Terms.

  1. Subject to Term ‎18, this Promotion runs from and including 8 July 2026.  This Promotion is available, subject to availability, through the Pandora Website. This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery in England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or elsewhere outside the Republic of Ireland.

  1. This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 16 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants").

  1. Eligible Participants who purchase Selected Products (see sections ‎10 and ‎11 below) at a Participating Store or on the Pandora Website in the combinations that are set out below (a "Qualifying Purchase") will be entitled to a discount off the full  price of Selected Products as follows:

  1. Pandora reserves the right to add to or remove from the Selected Products any Pandora jewellery products. Any such changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to Qualifying Purchases made after the date of the announcement.

  1. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other  offer, promotion or voucher unless stated. All items forming part of the Qualifying Purchase must be purchased at the same time, in the same transaction (with one single delivery selected where delivery is required). 

  1. Pandora reserves the right, from time to time, to:

Returns and Exchanges

  1. If the Qualifying Purchase or a part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. For example, if the product(s) purchased total €50 (including VAT), and you received a discount of 15% off the full price, the price actually paid would have been €42.50 (i.e. €50 less the 15% discount) and therefore the refund would be €42.50.

  1. Qualifying Purchases are excluded from Pandora's enhanced and extended returns policies.

  1. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.

  1. Additional terms may apply for refunds and exchanges in accordance with the other terms and conditions mentioned at Term ‎3.

Other important terms

  1. This Promotion is subject to stock availability. Reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand.

  1. Pandora may suspend or end the Promotion at any time on the Pandora Website without notice.

  1. Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control. 

  1. Pandora reserve the right to disqualify a participant or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.

  1. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

  1. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by Irish Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. This Promotion and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from the Republic of Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from territories other than the Republic of Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

 

Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under Irish law.

  1. Subject to Term ‎24, we will not be legally responsible to participants of this Promotion for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of your participation in this Promotion or which are caused by a third party. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights including in relation to any products received as gifts.

  1. Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
