Pandora 3 for 2 April 2024 Promotion Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion is organised by Pandora Jewellery UK Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland at 87 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 KP49, Ireland under company number 618484 ("Pandora", "us", "our").
- By participating in this Promotion via our website (https://ie.pandora.net/) ("Pandora Website"), you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on the Pandora Website. By participating in this Promotion through Participating Stores, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Pandora shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- Your attention is drawn in particular to the limitations of liability contained in these Terms.
Further details of the Promotion
- Subject to Term 30, this Promotion runs from Saturday Friday 26 April 2024 to Monday 6 May 2024 (inclusive) for the general public, and from Thursday 25 April 2024 to Monday 6 May 2024 (inclusive) for Pandora Club Members ("Promotional Period"). This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through the Pandora Website, participating Pandora concept stores and other participating authorised Pandora stockists in the Republic of Ireland only, excluding all airport stores ("Participating Stores"). This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery in England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or elsewhere outside the Republic of Ireland.
- Please check whether a store is participating in this Promotion, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store to make a purchase. Please note that some Pandora stores and authorised stockists may not be open during the Promotional Period.
- This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 16 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants").
- Eligible Participants who purchase any three full price Pandora jewellery products (subject to the exclusions in Term 11) at a Participating Store or on the Pandora Website during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase") will only need to pay for the two most expensive Pandora jewellery products selected plus delivery charges (if applicable). The third, least expensive Pandora jewellery product will be provided at no additional cost (the "Complimentary Product").
- With the exception of purchases made at Pandora outlet stores, eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period will also receive a promotional Pandora discount voucher entitling them to receive a discount of 15% off full price Pandora charms, clips and safety chains only, and are subject to the exclusions in Term 17 and 20 ("Voucher"). Vouchers will not be distributed in respect of Qualifying Purchases made at Pandora outlet stores. The Voucher is redeemable strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- The following do not count towards a Qualifying Purchase: sale items (with the exception of purchases made at Pandora outlet stores), delivery charges, gift cards, eGift cards, gift packaging, Build a Bracelet & Build a Pendant offers, discounted gift sets, cleaning kits, polishing cloths, clasp opener, the Disney 100 collection, the Game of Thrones collection, UNICEF items, studded chain necklaces, engravable products (save for the Pandora Openable & Engravable Love Locket Dangle Charm in sterling silver (product number: 793066C01), 14k rose gold plated (product number: 783066C01), and 14k gold plated (product number: 763066C01), and/or Pandora lab-grown diamond products. The cost of engraving services is also excluded from the Qualifying Purchase. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated. All items forming part of the Qualifying Purchase must be purchased at the same time, in the same transaction (with one single delivery selected where delivery is required).
- Vouchers shall be (i) handed out in
aParticipating Stores (other than Pandora outlet stores) to Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase; or (ii) emailed to Eligible Participants purchasing via the Pandora Website who make a Qualifying Purchase.
- A limit of one Voucher per transaction applies to this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Participant makes multiple Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction, they would not be entitled to any more than one Voucher, but will not be entitled to receive a Voucher in respect of a Qualifying Purchase (or any other purchase) made at a Pandora outlet store. Eligible Participants must make a Qualifying Purchase in order to receive a Voucher.
- There is no cash alternative to the Complimentary Product or Voucher. The Complimentary Product or Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or (subject to Term 28) for any other Pandora product.
- If you believe you made a Qualifying Purchase, but you did not receive a Complimentary Product and/or a Voucher, please contact Pandora using the details in these Terms.
- Upon redemption of a Voucher, a discount of 15% will be applied to the Redemption Purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, if a customer makes a mixed purchase, comprised in part of a Redemption Purchase and in part of a product that does not form part of a Redemption Purchase, the discount shall only be applied to the element of the transaction that comprises of the Redemption Purchase.
- To redeem a Voucher in a Participating Store (not applicable to Pandora outlet stores), you will need to simply surrender the Voucher at the checkout when making payment for a Redemption Purchase. The Voucher will be retained by Pandora after being redeemed. Copies of the Voucher will not be accepted. To redeem a Voucher on the Pandora Website, you will need to enter the Voucher details upon checkout.
- Vouchers must be redeemed in full in one single transaction. Vouchers are not divisible. Only one Voucher can be redeemed per transaction. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase the following products: sale and outlet items, delivery charges, gift cards, eGift cards, cleaning kits, gift packaging, clasp openers, polishing cloths, Build a Bracelet & Build a Pendant offers, gift sets, the Disney 100 collection, the Game of Thrones collection, UNICEF items, engravable products (save for the Pandora Openable & Engravable Love Locket Dangle Charm in sterling silver (product number: 793066C01), 14k rose gold plated (product number: 783066C01), and 14k gold plated (product number: 763066C01), engraving services, lab-grown diamond products and/or 14k gold jewellery. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated.
- Vouchers will automatically expire at the end of the Redemption Period, at which point they will no longer be accepted in any Participating Stores or on the Pandora Website. Voucher holders are solely responsible for ensuring that all Vouchers are redeemed prior to expiry of the Redemption Period. No reminders will be sent.
Returns and Exchanges
- If any product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund or exchanged, meaning that the original purchase is no longer deemed a Qualifying Purchase, then the Complimentary Product must be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition.
- If the Complimentary Product is not returned (in breach of these Terms), or if the Complimentary Product has been damaged, Pandora reserves the right to deduct from any refund due to you (or charge the payment method you used for the original purchase) a sum equal to the then current price at which the Complimentary Product is available for purchase. If you are returning (via the Pandora Website) a product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase that you bought through the Pandora Website, you may choose not to return the Complimentary Product in which case we shall deduct its price or charge you for its price as stated in this Term, and the amount of the deduction or charge will be notified to you in advance.
- There will be no refund of the difference if a paid Pandora product is exchanged for a Pandora product that is cheaper than the Complimentary Product.
- Returns of the Complimentary Product on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.
- If the Redemption Purchase is returned for a refund, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. For example, if the products purchased total €50 (including VAT), the price actually paid would have been €42.50 (i.e. €50 less the 15% off Voucher) and therefore the refund would be €42.50.
- Additional terms may apply for refunds and exchanges in accordance with the other terms and conditions mentioned at Term 3.
Other important terms
- This Promotion is subject to stock availability. Whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Pandora may suspend or end the Promotion early on the Pandora Website or in any one or more Participating Store without notice if, in the opinion of Pandora, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion. Please check that the Complimentary Product and Vouchers are in stock at your chosen Participating Store before taking part in this Promotion.
- Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control.
- Pandora and a Participating Store reserve the right to not award a Complimentary Product and/or Voucher, disqualify a participant or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.
- Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
- This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by Irish Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. This Promotion and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from the Republic of Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from territories other than the Republic of Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Liability
- Subject to Term 37, Pandora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.
- By participating or attempting to participate in this Promotion, participants agree that Pandora shall not bear any liability for:
- the loss, theft, or misuse of any product; or
- any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion or the attempted participation in this Promotion, subject to Term 37.
- Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
