1. How long does delivery take?
All of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days, when placed before 3pm using DPD for €3.99 or qualify for free delivery on orders over €70. Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays where orders will be processed the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. If you need to track the delivery of your order please click here. Please notify us within 3 days of your package being marked as delivered, if you have any concerns about your delivery. We currently deliver to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland, excluding hostels, hotels, prisons addresses. Please note, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland post codes.
For deliveries to other countries please change the country selection at the bottom of this page. You will be redirected to the website in the country of your choice.
3. Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, however please do note that we only deliver within the Republic of Ireland. Both the Shipping and Billing addresses must be addresses in the Republic of Ireland.
