Please read these terms carefully

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Winter Spend and Save 2022/2023 promotion ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.

 

2. This Promotion is organised by Pan Jewelry Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland at 87 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 KP49, Ireland under company number 618484 ("Pandora", “us”, “our”).

 

3. By participating in this Promotion via our website at (https://ie.pandora.net/)("Pandora Website") you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on the Pandora Website. By participating in this Promotion through Participating Stores, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.

   

4. This Promotion runs from 12th December 2022 and will continue whilst stocks last, subject to availability (“Promotional Period”).

• participating Pandora concept stores and authorised Pandora stockists in the Republic of Ireland only, excluding all outlet stores ("Participating Stores"). This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery in England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or elsewhere outside the Republic of Ireland.

 

6. Please check whether a store is participating in this Promotion, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store and making a purchase. Please note that some Pandora stores and authorised stockists may not be open during the Promotional Period.

7. This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 16 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants").

 

8. Eligible Participants who spend at least €89 in one transaction on full priced Pandora products(s) (except for exclusions in paragraph 9) shall be entitled to a 50% discount on one item from selected products.

 

9. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in-store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated. 10. Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any event outside Pandora's reasonable control. Pandora and Participating Stores reserve the right to not apply the Promotion or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms. The decision of Pandora regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

11. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

12. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent.

 

13.Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.

 

14. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by Irish Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.

   

15. Subject to Term 17, Pandora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.

 

16. By participating or attempting to participate in this Promotion, participants agree that Pandora shall not bear any liability for:

• (a) the loss, theft or misuse of any product; or
• (b) any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion or the attempted participation in this Promotion.

17. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under Irish law.

 

18. Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
