Can I use more than one Gift Card in one Transaction? 
Yes, you can use more than one gift card per transaction. 


Where can I redeem my Gift Card?

You can redeem your Gift Card on our Pandora website or in all participating stores. Please note that Gift Cards issued in Republic of Ireland are only redeemable in ROI.


Can I use my Gift Cards online?
Yes, Pandora Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be redeemed online on the Pandora website. Simply select 'Gift Card' as method of payment at checkout stage. Enter your 19 digits code on the back of your gift card, followed by your 4 digits security code and continue to checkout.


How do I redeem my eGift Card?
To access your eGift Card details, make sure to click on the link you have received within your eGift Card email to activate your eGift Card. This link will be valid for 60 months after the date of purchase. Please allow up to 1hr to receive your eGift Card. 


Can I use my eGift Card in a store?
Yes, eGift Cards can be redeemed in Pandora Stores. Simply show your eGift Card in store at point of purchase. Please not eGift Cards are not accepted at multi-branded stockists. 


Do Gift Cards have an expiry date? 
Yes, our Gift Cards and eGift cards are valid for 60 months after the date of purchase. 


Is there a minimum purchase amount?
Yes, the minimum purchase amount online is €25 for Gift Card and eGift Card.


Can I receive a refund on a Gift Cards or on an eGift Card? 
Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-returnable. 


How will I be refunded if I have paid with a Gift Cards and another method of payment?
If you use a Gift Card/eGift Card and another payment method for the same order, we will first refund with a new eGift Card for the maximum amount paid by Gift Card/eGift Card. Any remaining amount will then be refunded on the other payment method you used. 
There isn't enough credit on my Gift Cards to pay for the total order. How can I pay the remaining balance? 
You can use two different payment methods within the same order. Enter your gift card details at checkout, you then will be able to choose another payment method available to complete your purchase. 


Can I top up a Gift card?
No, you will have to buy a new card.
