Click and Collect

  Is Click & Collect available in all Pandora stores?
  Click and Collect is only available in Wexford and Kilkenny store's . Select the "Click & Collect" button on any product page to see which of our stores, closest to you, are currently offering Click & Collect.

  How do I place a Click & Collect order?
  On a product jewellery page, you can follow the below steps to complete a click & collect order:
  -Select the Click & Collect Nearby button which you can find above the ADD TO BAG button.
  -Use your current location or type in your post code and select your preferred Pandora Store with the available product.
  -Click the ADD TO BAG button and you can then complete your purchase as normal.
  Alternatively, you can also select the Click & Collect option in your bag, and choose your preferred store to change the delivery method to Click & Collect.

  How can I pay for my Click & Collect order?
  We accept the usual
PayPal, Visa (credit/debit card), Klarna pay in 3 instalments

  How quickly will my order be ready for collection?
  Our store team will prepare your order within 2 Hours, if ordered within store opening hours. We will let you know as soon as it is ready, so please do not come to store until you have received your "Ready for       Collection"  email from us. We promise it won't be long! 

  How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
  We'll send you an email when your order is ready, confirming your chosen store. You can then collect it as soon as you’ve received your ‘Ready for Collection’ email.

  I can’t find my Click & Collect order confirmation email, what should I do?
  If you have not received your order confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team and we will be able to re-send it to you.

  Where do I go in store to collect my order?
  When you arrive in store, just ask any of our store team members to assist you with your Click & Collect order. Most of our stores have a Click & Collect collection point and our team will be on hand to help. All they need is       your "Ready for Collection" email and your ID. Please note that during busier times, you may be asked to wait as we limit the amount of people in store at one time.

  How long will you hold my order?
  We are happy to hold your order for 5 days after your order has been prepared in store for you. After this, it will be automatically cancelled. You will not be charged.

  Can I cancel or add to my order once I’ve placed it?
  Unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. 
  All orders are held for 5 days at our stores once prepared. If you decide you don't want your item(s) and do not pick up your order within these 5 days then the order will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged.
  You can also contact the store to let them know that you no longer want your order and they can cancel this for you.

  Can someone else collect on my behalf?
  If you think you might not be able to collect your order yourself, please tick "Someone else may collect my order" at checkout. You will then need to provide the name of your nominated alternate pickup person. It is not           possible to add this to the order once it has been placed.
  To safeguard you from fraud, upon visiting the store, your nominated person would need to show their ID and one of the following: Your "Ready for Collection" email, order number, or name of the main customer.
  Please note that the nominated alternate pickup person would not receive the ‘Ready for Collection’ email, so please forward the email to them to make sure that they have all the required details.

  When will I be charged for my order?
  Your payment will be pre-authorised at the time of placing your order online. However, you will only be charged at the time of collection in store.

  If you can’t pick this up within 5 days, your order will be cancelled, and you will not be charged. 

  Can I collect certain items and have others delivered to home?
  At checkout you can select which items you would like to collect and which items you would like to deliver to home.
  Please note that you can only add one delivery address to the order.

  Can I have my Click & Collect order gift wrapped?
  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service at this time.

  How do I return or exchange items from my Click & Collect order?

  If you decide while in store that you do not want the item(s), you can ask a sales assistant to cancel your order and you will not be charged or exchange your order. 
 
  If you change your mind after collection, you can return your item click and collect participating stores , please check our store locator if this is available in your nearest store. You will need to have your order confirmation     email  to hand as it contains the last 4 digits of the card and that was used to pay for the order and the same card will need to be presented in store to receive the refund.
  

  You have a statutory right to cancel your purchase during the 14 day statutory cancellation period.  If you have placed a Click & Collect order, the cancellation period starts on the date that Pandora receives full payment from   you for your order and continues until the end of 14 days starting on the day after the day the Products are collected. This cancellation right applies to both sale and non-sale Products but does not apply to Excluded Products   (see below).In addition, you can return, for a refund, full price products ordered using the Pandora Click & Collect service through the Pandora enhanced cancellation policy within 30 days from collection. The Pandora     enhanced cancellation policy does not accept returns of sale products or any Excluded Products (see above). 

  If your order was part Click & Collect and, part deliver to home, you can return your itemin a Click and collect participating store , please check our store locator if this is available in your nearest store.
  

  All products must be returned in unworn, saleable condition and with a valid receipt. To return product(s) purchased using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or (if part of    a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy. Refunds are to the original payment method. The cardholder must be present for returns processed in store. 


  Why is Click & Collect not available for all items?
  Online exclusives, gift sets, gift cards, outlet and limited-edition items will not be available for Click & Collect orders.
  As all Click & Collect orders are fulfilled by our stores, from time to time some items may not available in some stores. Therefore, they will not be available for Click & Collect.
