Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Prize Draw ("Prize Draw"). By taking part in the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Prize Draw that all Terms are accepted as final.

This Prize Draw is organised by Pandora Jewellery UK Limited, registered in England and Wales at 33 George Street, London, W1U 3BH, company no. 06654012 ("Pandora", “us”, “our”).

By participating in this Prize Draw, you also agree to be bound by the general terms and conditions on the Pandora website at https://uk.Pandora.net/en ("Pandora Website”). My Pandora members are also be subject to, and agree to be bound by, the My Pandora terms at https://uk.pandora.net/en/conditions-mypandora/conditions-mypandora.html. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.

How to Enter the Prize Draw

To enter the Prize Draw participants must: (i) click the link which will invite participants to update/add products to their online wishlist (the “Link”); (ii) log into their, or create a MyPandora account; (iii) update their wishlist, or add products to their online wishlist, during the Prize Draw Period (defined below) ((i), (ii) and (iii) together, an “Entry”).

The Link will be available through email, the Pandora Website and selected social media channels.

Each participant can enter the Prize Draw once, through their My Pandora account. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

All Entries must be received by Pandora during the Prize Draw Period (defined below) or they will be void. Pandora will not accept responsibility for:

Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

Further details of the Prize Draw

This Prize Draw runs from 00:00 on 28 October 2024 until 23:59 on 30 October 2024 (“Prize Draw Period”).

This Prize Draw is open to members of the public, who are residents of the United Kingdom, who are at least 18 years of age, excluding employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants").

Choosing and Contacting the Winner

The winner will be selected at random on 1 November 2024, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

The winner will be contacted by 1 November 2024, using the email address associated with their My Pandora account, with an email from Pandora confirming that they have won the Prize Draw. The winner will be asked to claim the Prize by responding to Pandora within forty-eight (48) hours, with their full name and confirmation of their email address. If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and Pandora reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select a new winner. The winner will receive the Prize no later than 30 November 2024.

The Prize

The winner will receive one (1) Pandora gift card with a balance of £250 (the “Prize”) which can be used online on the Pandora Website or in stores. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or for any other Pandora product or service. The Prize cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Giftcards

Giftcards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of receipt, following which the Prize expire automatically and any balance remaining upon expiry shall be lost. Pandora has no obligation to remind or inform the winner of a gift card's expiry and it is the in winner’s sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry. A gift card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. A gift card cannot be topped up with additional funds.

Giftcards are issued and managed by EML Payments Europe Limited and Stored Value Solutions UK Limited.

Other important terms

The winner can choose to make a purchase of any Pandora products available online or in-store. The winner should note that, the items purchased are subject to stock availability, and the items on the winner’s wishlist may not be available.

Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control.

Pandora reserves the right to not award the Prize or disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Prize Draw and these Terms will be governed by English law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. This Prize Draw and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from Great Britain, Jersey, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Prize Draw are appropriate or available for use in other territories. Access to this Prize Draw from territories where its contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from other territories then you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Liability

Subject to Terms 26 and 27, Pandora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Prize Draw, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.

By participating or attempting to participate in this Prize Draw, participants agree that Pandora shall not bear any liability for:

any damage in any way attributable to this Prize Draw or the attempted participation in this Prize Draw, subject to Terms 26 and 27.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.

Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Prize Draw, the decision of Pandora shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
