Spend €109 to receive a silver product, or spend €159 to receive a gold product December 2024 Promotion 

 

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this ‘Spend €109 to receive a silver product, or spend €159 to receive a gold product December 2024 promotion ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.  

 

2. This Promotion is organised by Pan Jewelry Limited, registered in the Republic of Ireland at 87 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 KP49, Ireland, company no. 618484 ("Pandora", “us”, “our”). 

 

3. By participating in this Promotion, you also agree to be bound by the general terms and conditions on the Pandora website at https://ie.Pandora.net/ ("Pandora Website"). By participating in this Promotion through Participating Stores, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. Pandora Club members are also be subject to, and agree to be bound by, the Pandora Club terms at https://ie.pandora.net/en/pandora-club-terms/club-terms-and-conditions.html. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.  

 

Further details of the Promotion 

 

4. This Promotion runs from 3 December 2024 until 18 December 2024 (“Promotional Period”). 

 

5. This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through: 

• the Pandora Website; and  

• participating Pandora concept stores and authorised Pandora stockists in the Republic of Ireland only, during their stated trading hours, excluding outlet stores ("Participating Stores").  

This Promotion is not valid in stores in, or for delivery to, the England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland only or elsewhere outside of the Republic of Ireland. 

 

6. This Promotion is open to members of the public, who are at least 18 years of age, which can include employees of Pandora and Pandora franchisees and members of their families and households ("Eligible Participants"). 

 

7. Eligible Participants who spend €109 or more (inc. VAT, excluding shipping, subject to exclusions in Term 9) from a Participating Store or the Pandora Website during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase") will be entitled to a complimentary receive either a Silver Celestial Heart Clasp Bangle (Item: 593400C01) or a Silver Triple Stone Heart Collier Necklace (Item: 393014C01) (each a "Complimentary Product"). 

 

8. Eligible Participants who spend €159 or more (inc. VAT, excluding shipping, subject to exclusions in Term 9) from a Participating Store or the Pandora Website during the Promotional Period (a "Qualifying Purchase") will be entitled to a complimentary receive either a Gold Celestial Heart Clasp Bangle (Item: 563401C01) or a Gold Triple Stone Heart Collier Necklace (Item: 363014C01) (each a "Complimentary Product"). 

 

9. Complimentary Products are available online and in Participating Stores in the Republic of Ireland. 

 

10. The Promotion is not valid on shipping costs, sale or discounted products, outlet products, gift cards, gift sets, gift packaging, cleaning kits, polishing cloths, clasp opener, repair services, engraving services, Build A Bracelet and Build a Pendant bundles and UNICEF products.  

 

11. All item(s) forming part of the Qualifying Purchase must be purchased in one transaction (with one single delivery selected where delivery is required). 

 

12. A limit of one Complimentary Product per transaction applies. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Participant makes multiple Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction, they would not be entitled to any more than one Complimentary Product. 

 

13. There is no cash alternative to the Complimentary Product. The Complimentary Product is not exchangeable for cash or for any other Pandora product or service. 

 

14. If you believe you made a Qualifying Purchase, but you did not receive a Complimentary Product, please contact Pandora using the details in these Terms.  

 

Returns and exchanges 

 

15. The Complimentary Product may be exchanged on its own for another size (if applicable) but otherwise may not be returned or exchanged on its own unless it is faulty or not as described, in which case it will be exchanged for a replacement Pandora product of the same type, subject to availability. If none of the same type of Pandora product remains in stock, then Pandora reserves the right in its sole discretion to exchange the Complimentary Product for another type of Pandora product of a similar value and you shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation. 

 

16. If any product which form part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund or exchanged, meaning that the purchase no longer meets the spend threshold to be a Qualifying Purchase, then the Complimentary Product must also be returned. 

 

17. Additional terms may apply for refunds and exchanges in accordance with the other terms and conditions mentioned at Term 3. 

 

Other important terms 

 

18. This Promotion is subject to stock availability and, whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Pandora may suspend or end the Promotion early on the Pandora Website or in any one or more Participating Store without notice if, in the opinion of Pandora, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion. 

 

19. Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control.   

 

20. Pandora and a Participating Store reserve the right to not award a Complimentary Product or disqualify a participant or ask a participant to leave a Participating Store if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms. 

 

21. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

 

22. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by Irish law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland. This Promotion and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from the Republic of Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use in other territories. Access to this Promotion from territories where its contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from other territories then you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

  

Liability 

 

23. Subject to Terms 23 and 24, Pandora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.  

 

24. By participating or attempting to participate in this Promotion, participants agree that Pandora shall not bear any liability for: 

1. the loss, theft or misuse of any product; or 

2. any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion or the attempted participation in this Promotion, subject to Terms 23 and 24. 

 

25. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded.  

 

26. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described. 

 

27. Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term. 

 

28. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Pandora shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
